Her real estate career began in the early 90's when she purchased her first investment property. She became licensed in 2000 as a salesperson and quickly became the top selling agent in her office. Most recently, she added Broker to her title and launched Providence Realty Services, Inc. Over the years, she became an accomplished real estate professional with experience including; rental property manager, new construction sales manager, real estate investments, 1031 exchanges, residential sales and commercial leasing.  Britta educates clients by sharing her extensive knowledge on how to acquire wealth through rental real estate.
