I met Len at an Open House when I was preparing to put my home on the market and was also in need of a new home. I was going thru a divorce so it was a really tough process. Len was so great helping me prepare my home for the market and helping me find a new home that I would be comfortable in. He quickly learned what I liked and didn't like and I always had my best interest in mind. He quickly sold my home and was so patient with this emotional and often difficult negotiation and transaction. He was always the voice of reason and calm. After getting that sold, he really focused on finding me a new place - can't even state how many we looked at but it finally happened and he was just great at walking me thru the entire mortgage process and ensuring all the timing w/ selling and buying aligned correctly. He's attentive, responsive and knows his field. I really felt like he cared about me and my needs and not about making a sale - he had my back the entire process.
