Britta did three things for us that I thought were rather unlikely:
1. Generated more than expected interest in a niche property (150+ year old farmhouse);
2. Signed a contract well past the prime housing season (late fall); and
3. Got our asking price.
Britta was genuinely interested in and optimistic about our property, professional in every way, readily available, very responsive and a consistent pleasure to work with. If there was a rating for "Class" I would give Britta ***** in this category as well. Our experience with Britta was superb.
